What hosts do you work with?
Most of them. We’re partial to Cloudways, Kinsta, WP Engine, and SiteGround for small business sites. If you’re on GoDaddy, Bluehost, or HostGator, we’ll usually recommend a migration — but we can manage you there if you’d rather not move.
Do you charge a markup on hosting or plugin licenses?
No. Never have, never will. You pay vendors directly with your own credit card. Roving Leads charges for our time — that’s it.
What counts as a “small change request”?
Logo swap, copy edits, image replacements, new pages built from content you supply, plugin install/config, contact form tweaks, menu updates. Bigger things — new feature builds, major design changes, full redesigns — are scoped separately.
What if my site gets hacked?
We catch most attacks before they land. If something gets through, we restore from a clean backup, identify the vector, patch it, and harden the site. Cleanup is included in your monthly fee if you’ve been with us — no surprise “emergency” bills.
Do you build new WordPress sites?
Yes — but we usually pair it with management. Building a site for someone who’ll leave it unmaintained is a setup for failure. Talk to us if you need a build; we’ll scope it and the ongoing care together.
What if I leave?
You take everything. Hosting account is yours, domain is yours, the site is yours, the backups are yours. We hand off access within 48 hours of cancellation. No hostage situation. No “transfer fee.”
How fast do you respond to small change requests?
Same business day for Full Management, within 24 hours for Basic. We’re not a 24/7 operation — but we’re not a “we’ll get to it in two weeks” operation either.
