How long does the whole engagement take?

Most setups run 4–6 weeks total. Discovery in week 1, build in weeks 2–3, training in weeks 3–4, evaluation through week 7. Larger teams or more complex orgs may extend to 8 weeks — we’ll give you an exact timeline in your custom plan.

What if my team isn’t tech-savvy?

Good — that’s the Roving Leads specialty. We train people who’ve never touched AI before. The workflows and templates we create are designed for non-technical users. If someone can type an email, they can use the tools we set up.

Can you train just one team or department?

Yes. We’ve done full-company rollouts and single-department pilots. Sometimes a pilot first is the smarter call — start with one department, measure results, then expand. We’ll recommend whatever makes sense for your situation.

What AI tools do you use?

Whatever fits your business. Usually Claude, ChatGPT Team/Enterprise, or a mix — depending on your industry, compliance needs, and existing tools. We don’t push specific vendors. We pick what works for you, and you pay vendors directly.

Do you handle the data privacy and security side?

Yes. Safe-use training and basic policy guidance are part of every engagement — what to never put in AI, how to review output, how to handle sensitive data. For formal written documentation (acceptable use policies, data handling rules, etc.), see our AI Governance & Policy packs ($999 / $1,499 / $2,499). Many training clients add one.

What happens after the 21-day evaluation?

You decide. Either we hand off completely — your AI champions maintain everything going forward — or we transition into ongoing support. Monthly retainer, cancel anytime, no contracts. Many clients start with handoff and come back for a retainer once they’re ready to expand.

Do you charge a markup on AI tool licenses?

No. Never have. You pay vendors directly — Claude, ChatGPT, whatever we recommend. We charge for our time and expertise. That’s it. You keep your accounts even if you stop working with us.
