Most of Roving Leads’ work happens over web chats, screen-shares, and email – that’s faster for everyone. But because we’re headquartered in Redondo Beach, we can show up in person across the South Bay when an assessment, workshop, or kickoff calls for it.
Outside the South Bay? We work with solopreneurs and small teams across the country. Same process, same prices, online-first.

Do I have to pick one of the nine services when I book the free chat?
No. The free 20-minute call exists specifically so you don’t have to know. You tell us what’s broken or slow in your business, Roving Leads listens, and within 24 hours we send a written plan that recommends the right service – or honestly tells you AI isn’t the right fix.
Can I combine services?
Yes – some clients do, eventually. A common path is: an Assessment ($499) to see where AI would help, then AI workflow systems, Consulting, SEO, or Team Training if the findings point that way. We don’t bundle for the sake of bundling. Each service stands alone.
What’s the smallest project you’ll take on?
An AI Readiness Assessment Lite at $499 is our lowest fixed-price assessment. It’s a written report that tells you where AI would actually help your business and where it’d be wasting money. It is a paid deliverable with its own value.
Do you have a contract or minimum term?
One-time projects (Assessments, Governance Docs, scoped workflow builds) have a simple statement of work. Coaching, Team Training, and managed retainers are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. No annual contracts. No long-term lock-in. Ever.
What about tool costs?
You pay them directly to the vendor – ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, whatever we recommend. We never mark up software, never collect referral fees on tools we recommend, and you keep your accounts even if you stop working with us. This is core to our “no markup” promise.
Do you work with businesses outside the South Bay?
Yes – services are available nationwide. About half our roster is online-only. The process is identical; we just skip the “want to meet in person?” part.
